Never going to this location again. We took our SUV there for a air conditioner condenser replacement and a rear control arm. Both were under warranty so we were forced to go where the warranty provider wanted, even though we lived 100 miles away, they were the only location that could do it. The first red flag was having to make two trips there just for them to access the work needed. They ordered the parts and scheduled a 3rd visit. After waiting around for 4 hours during the third visit they informed us they ordered the wrong parts and we had to come back a 4th time. Before the 4th trip we complained to the warranty provider. During the 4th visit after the work finally started, the receptionist mentioned our complaint to the warranty provider considering by this point we had driven 700 miles, 800 once this last trip was done and she said the work was on them, they wouldn't charge us the deductible. But surprise! After the work was completed, they still charged us the deductible. This place sucks.

This location at 711 Erie is usually great. Today they were greater!! I went in for my scheduled inspection and they were finished lickety split, and had explained to me my tires had cupping and explained why. They did not pressure me to purchase anything, but I figured to get new tires now if possible instead of waiting to come back, since I would be due soon anyway. They didn't have the tires in house and the warehouse was finished delivering for the day... So while one of the mechanics went to the warehouse to get my tires, another mechanic did the alignment! The manager was very positive, personable, and accommodating, she was awesome! I haven't had outstanding service like this in a really long time. This was first thing in the morning so it made the rest of my day feel really good. Please be good to this team if you ever go there :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Diane provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Diane went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her positive attitude and excellent communication made all the difference. Thank you, Diane, for the exceptional service. Firestone is lucky to have you, and I highly recommend working with her!

I stopped in to get my oil changed. They managed to fit me in based on my work schedule. Very nice front desk associates. I appreciate their customer service. Thank you to Diane as well. I’ll be back for new tires before winter. 😊

I had an outstanding experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care thanks to Diane! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled right. She took the time to explain what my car needed in a way that was easy to understand—no pressure, no upselling, just honest guidance. Diane kept me updated throughout the process and made what’s usually a stressful situation feel smooth and easy. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personal touch. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you, Diane, for going above and beyond!
